Terms of service
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Wiki Authority Group payment portal at payments.wikiauthoritygroup.com and to payments made through it. They are provided for review by legal counsel before publication.
1.Introduction
This payment portal is operated by Wiki Authority Group (“WAG”, “we”, “us”). It is separate from, and supplements, our main website at www.wikiauthoritygroup.com. By using the portal or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
2.Use of the Payment Portal
The portal is intended for clients and prospective clients of WAG to pay for approved services, projects, retainers, invoices and milestones. Please use it only for payments you have agreed with WAG.
3.Services
Services are described in the relevant proposal, quotation or service description. The service description shown on this portal is a summary; the agreed proposal or engagement terms prevail.
4.Proposals and Quotations
Proposals and quotations are valid for the period stated on them. A payment made against a proposal confirms your acceptance of its scope and terms.
5.Pricing
Prices are shown in the store currency and may exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We may update prices on the portal; the price shown at the time of payment applies, unless a written proposal states otherwise.
6.Payment Authorization
By completing checkout you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed by Shopify and the selected payment provider. WAG does not receive or store full payment card details.
7.Project Commencement
Work begins after payment is confirmed, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Timelines start from the date work commences.
8.Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner, and inform us of any facts relevant to the engagement.
9.Third-Party Costs
Some engagements involve third-party costs, such as research materials, translation or subscription services. Where these apply they will be identified in the proposal.
10.Intellectual Property
Content on this portal, including text, design and the WAG seal, belongs to WAG or its licensors. Ownership of deliverables is set out in the relevant proposal or engagement terms.
11.Confidentiality
We treat client information and project materials as confidential and disclose them only as needed to deliver the services, or as required by law or applicable platform policy.
12.Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact payment support first so we can resolve it promptly. This does not affect any rights you have with your card issuer or payment provider.
13.Refunds and Cancellations
All payments made to Wiki Authority Group for professional services, consulting, research, editorial support, content development, project services, retainers, milestones, or other agreed engagements are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless otherwise expressly agreed by WAG in writing or required by applicable law.
By completing payment, the client confirms acceptance of the agreed service, scope, pricing, and applicable terms. Once payment has been successfully processed, the client may not request cancellation of the engagement or a refund solely due to a change of mind, change in internal requirements, delay in providing information, or a decision not to proceed with the service.
For services involving independent third-party platforms, including Wikipedia and other editorial or digital platforms, payment is made for the professional services, research, preparation, consultation, and support provided by WAG. No specific third-party outcome, approval, publication, retention, ranking, or editorial decision is guaranteed, and an unfavorable decision by an independent platform, editor, moderator, reviewer, or community will not constitute grounds for a refund.
Any exception to this policy must be approved by Wiki Authority Group in writing. Where applicable, refunds may also be subject to mandatory rights available under relevant law.
The specific terms of the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, or engagement agreement will apply in addition to this policy.
14.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WAG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this portal. Our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.
15.Service Delivery
Services are delivered digitally or as described in the proposal. Outcomes that depend on independent third parties, including editorial decisions by external platforms, cannot be guaranteed.
16.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of payment applies to that payment.
17.Contact Information
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page of this portal.
